How to Use
- Use on clean, dry skin, placing the device directly on the treatment side
- Mould device for a snug fit (for example around the arms, shoulders, legs or knees)
- Or lay flat for use on the upper and lower back, and chest
- Press the 3 minute button once for red light treatment
- Press the 3 minute button twice for blue light therapy
- Click the 14 minute button to relieve mild muscle and joint pain
- Press the 3 minute button three times for both red and blue light therapy at the same time
- The device will shut off automatically when treatment is complete
- For best results use each treatment once a day
